For a start, can Salford really be a superleague team next year, so 3 different teams would be needed for a 14 team division. Maybe the French connection would be better served if the NRL shipped its surplus players to France to promote a stronger French domestic league & leave us to develop our younger players.
Maybe the elephant in the room though is that the RFL sold its soul to sky many years ago & the tail really is wagging the dog.
There as been a lot of noise about some of the major streamers looking to get involved, at the very least we can only hope it shakes it up a little when the next tv deal comes up.
