Unsung hero - you knew you could rely on Ted to produce the goods whenever he played. Must have been one of the first names on the teamsheet.
Played in an era when forwards had scrummaging skills that don't exist now.
Too early for me to have seen him but my Dad did and he says he was a very good player and the kind of guy every successful team needs in their side. Going by Trinity Heritages info he played 247 games for us, scoring 31 tries and 8 goals over the course of nearly 14 years. That longevity in itself is enough to call him a club legend. RIP.
